Why wont it pair and is stuck at 3 lights?

I actually have Beats solo3 Wireless. So my beats worked perfectly fine and the one day they were just stuck at 3 lights instead of being turned off. Now they wont pair, connect, or play any audio unless I use the cord to make then wired. They still show up on my bluetooth section. Please help.
