- equip the participants with a series of theatre-based techniques and skills which will allow them to teach more effectively; and
- energize the teachers and offer them alternative activities, strategies and approaches to teaching and learning.
- Vocal Power. This module includes developing voice skills that will enhance the teacher's communication skills such as how to warm up and how to project their voice effectively;
- Teaching with the Body: the Art of Body Language. This module will help improve the teacher's body language skills. It will show how physical presentation enhances both the affective learning of students as well as developing their awareness of more bodily ways of "knowing;" and
- Storytelling and Improvisation Techniques. This module will help motivate students for spontaneity and increase their class participation.
The registration fee of Five Thousand Pesos (PhP5,000.00) will be charged to each participant to cover expenses for accommodation, meals for five (5) days, local transportation, tour, and other expenses relative to the conduct of the activity.
