Good afternoon! Tanong lang po kung ito po ba talaga yung telephone number ng PLDT COMPANY HEAD OFFICE? Tumawag po kasi ako ngayon lang para may itanong but nung tinawagan ko po yan at kinonfirm ko po kung eto po ba talaga yung contact number ng PLDT Head office, ang sabi po sa akin, hindi daw po. I wrote maybe 20 email to your customer service group, made several trips to the local office. Finally, a tech sent me an email that he was going to switch my line to another port, after that perfection. Then two weeks ago the line failed, the line has been repaired, now my download has been reduced, and the latency has increased I wrote your customer service group but get no response, I need help.

just wanna call up the attention of one of your employee on the field name goerge martin.he supposed to be a good manner in terms of communicating the subscriber.
Our phone lines are broken, our internet is slow. I went to the PLDT office to report, they tell us to call the customer service! Are they out of their minds? How am I supposed to call with our broken phones? And when I do call, they just let me wait for nothing... What's the point of those offices you set up in malls if they can't even provide the service I need? All I want to to have a technician go to our place to fix the problem... Why complicate things?
What is going on with your customer service. They have become very unhelpful. I got a sim card 8 days ago and was told when I got it they would call me in 3-4 days with the number. I'm still waiting.

Last April 26, 2014 I reported our company telephone line has no dial tone, no incoming and outgoing calls. Report no. is 5248649, on the next day and so on i always follow up for the action, because we really need to fix the phone for our communication use in our customers but this report are being closed but still have problem in our phone still no dial tone then another report no. is produce by your customer service agent no. is 5351843 report dated May 2, 2014 and then on the next day and so on still follow up again for this report and then May 6, 2014 have technical team was went here Ronilo Dela Cueva but he said he is not the authorize to fix this reported no. only his expertise is only in internet. He also said that if starting no. 5 is the report no. it is related to internet but if no. 1 it is related to voice (telephone concern only) but my reported no. is given by your customer agent so it means no proper communication between the technical team and the customer service agent because wrong reported is done that cause your customer really disappointed, we customers are patiently waiting to your customer service hotline to report our complain but the feedback is very poor and slow. And now May 13, 2014 i reported once again for our complains because still not fix and okay our telephone line given report no. is 5459452 given by Mr. Rafael Santos ID number : CT01776. I hope that this is my last report to you and our complains will given an urgent actions as soon as possible. Thank you. Hope you response to this matter.
to my dear pldt personnel i am always complaining with my internet connection with tel. no.2274358 in maigo lanai del norte internet connection is insufficient for almost a myth i always ask assistance from the plot personnel of iligan plot office but nothing happened at all pls help me what to do because i am planning to report this to the media thanks and god bless
my concern is i apply my pldt internet connection last month November but until now no installation come. why your staff very very slow. i suggestion that you need to pull out those person specially in sales department and installment department.is that how long your installment come? one month?

Lacking professionalism, promptness, "owning the problem", in every aspect. You make a simple process so much more difficult and stressful than it needs to be. Why would we ever want to work with this company again or even refer you to others? Ask yourselves these questions since you get paid lots of money to do something about it.
I would like to complain,, my phone and internet connection was lost last march 25 2013. a day after i went to PLDT batangas to report the case they say that there were going to check in there system...after a week nothing happen so i go back again and ask why they say that there will be a technician who fixed is but until today nobody comes to my house to fix it...Please do something about it...it ruin my business a lot.....kung alam ko lang na mahirap umaksyon ang PLDT sana hindi na ako nagpakabit.... see details below

just like to let you know that lots of unit owner @ THE ORIENTAL PLACE has no DSL because you run out of port facilities there, the building has provision for PLDT DSL I don't understand. Please do something!

it's been a month and a half since i filed my refund to escolta business office and still I havent got my money back. The staff there just keep on making a promise that they would text me to give an update and yet i get nothing. Is this the company we trusted for a long years. Would like to file a complain regarding our phone line + dsl with a/c# 0003535541, its been already 8mos that has no dial tone for 8mos. and dsl connection for 2mos., The hotline always tell us about the MAJOR TROUBLE PROBLEM about the wire/electrical post. napaka poor service nyo!!! pagkbayad ko ng inapply kong dsl 2months na wala parin tapos nalaman ko not applicable ung lugar namin...ano un? tapos ngayon cancelled ko na pinahihirapan nyo naman ako mag refund ng binayad ko..nakaka loko kayo ha...d lang pala ako ang may ganitong case...kung gaano kau kabilis maningil xang kupad nyong ibalik...sobrang abala. focus on this matter since d lang ako ang may reklamong ganito.
