This is thr fourth time we are going to complain. We have visited office at Pacita Plaza and requested to fix our bill. We never failed to pay monthly dues. We are subscribed to the P549 plan and I got bill now the P1000 plus is still reflected in the bill. This has been thr concern since November of last year. Bill still not fixed in the system.

paki check lng yong internet connection namin sa Pacita Complex 1 super bagal nkakayamot one time pumunta ako sa office nyo last August regarding dito sabi nyo gagawan ng paraan kc ang dami ng complainants regarding sa bagal ng connection tapos yong ibang channel ng skycable nawala na pero ganon pa rin binabayad namin hanggang ganito n lng ba isasagot nyo gagawan ng paraan e pero 3 months na wala pa ring pagbabago its getting worst.
