I'm very disappointed with your services! I redeemed TMC5 so I expected I can text 10 messages in a row. I reloaded my number 50 pesos to register EZ50. I have "utang" 10 pesos load and a few hours later i decided to buy a load for 40 pesos to add it on my balance to make it 50 but when i check my balance it was only 38 it deducted my 10 pesos utang + 2 pesos service fee but i was not able to use the 10 pesos utang i have not registered it yet to any tm subscriptions.
