- make the participants fully understand with concepts and principles of food safety: the hazards in food and drinks; its etiology, health and nutrition implications, prevention and control measures; and
- provide them with knowledge of the various food safety systems which they can apply in their respective institutions.
The registration fee which includes course materials, lunch and snacks for five (5) days and educational visit is as follows:

A non-refundable reservation fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00) will be required to be deducted to the course fee.
