The Children and Youth Wellness Technical and Advocacy Center (CYWTAC),
Inc. will conduct the National Seminar-Workshop on Developing Health and
Wellness Program in Schools at Kanzo Hall, Peñaranda St., Legazpi City,
Albay on January 12-14, 2012.
This activity is part of the Choose Wellness Program of CYWTAC which advocates for an innovative health and wellness program in schools based on mindful awareness of the principles and practices of holistic wellness. The participants to this activity are school principals/school administrators/ human resource (HR) officers/personnel officers and auxiliary personnel. The registration fee which will be charged to each participant and which will cover meals, materials and kit for the entire three (3) day-workshop, is as follows: Registration Fee Early Registration
October 1-30, 2011 - PhP2,500.00
November 1-30, 2011 - PhP3,000.00
December 1-30, 2011 - PhP3,500.00
January 1-11, 2012 - PhP4,000.00
On-site Registration - PhP4,000.00
