Select ""Line Color"" from the left and click on the ""No line"" radio button, then click ""Close"" when finished. You may also select to change which picture layer to bring forward or send behind. Click on the text box frame to select it, right-click on your mouse and select ""Bring to Front"" or ""Send to Back."" Warning Your picture within the text box has a separate frame from the text box’s frame.
