The Seminar-Workshops aim to continuously develop and provide programs and activities to the participants to further enhance their knowledge and skills.

The target participants to this activity are teachers, librarians and other professionals from both public and private elementary and high schools.

The conduct of this activity must not disrupt classes as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled "Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.”
