List of Banks In The Philippines With No ATM PIN Recovery System

This is a list of banks in the Philippines I've known that doesn't have an ATM PIN Recovery system. In other words, you cannot recover your lost or forgotten ATM PIN with these banks. In case you lost or forgot your ATM card PIN, these banks will advise you to have your ATM card replaced. And there's a corresponding fee for an ATM card replacement.

1. Banco de Oro (BDO)

2. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

3. UnionBank

4. Philippine National Bank (PNB)

Most banks intend not to recover a client's ATM PIN for security reasons and to maintain the confidentiality of the client's account.
