("CADPI”) (a subsidiary of Roxas Holdings, Inc.) filed a Petition for Review with the Court of Tax Appeals to appeal the Final Decision on Disputed Assessment of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue in the aggregate amount of Php345,249,425.93 for alleged deficiency internal revenue taxes, inclusive of interest and penalties, for fiscal year ending 30 June 2007.
