As Owner’s Engineer, SNC-Lavalin will be providing technical advisory services from the engineering stage up to the completion of the Power Project. Its services will cover detailed engineering that will include review and evaluation of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) specifications, system’s design parameters and operating features and development of conceptual layouts, among others.
The engagement of SNC-Lavalin was formalized with the execution of an agreement on March 30, 2012 by Mr. Roel Z. Castro, President/COO of PCPC and Vice-President of A Brown and Mr. Glenn R. Frazier, Vice President for Thermal Power – Asia Pacific and Managing Director, SNC¬Lavalin (Thailand), in Pattaya, Thailand. Witnesses in this significant event are the following: Mr. Ambrosio T. Gutierrez, Head of PCPC’s Technical group; General Manager of SNC-Lavalin (Thailand) Company Limited, Mr. Supchi Neiwpipat and their Business Development Manager, Mr. Tepparat Kamiaki.

Mr. Frazier stated that SNC-Lavalin is excited to be working for a Company as dedicated as PCPC and is fully committed to work in synergy with its people. We would like to thank PCPC’s management for trusting us to be part of this critical investment and we look forward to the successful completion of this project,” Mr. Frazier added.

PCPC is now in the process of completing financial closure for the Power Project which is targeted to be fulfilled within the second quarter of the year.
