Atty. Reyno III has served as MJC's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2003 in the day-to-day management of all facets of MJC's business.
Atty. Alfonso R. Reyno, Jr., will continue to remain actively involved in MJC's businesses as MJC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
"MJC has initiated a smooth and gradual transfer of leadership, which we have been planning for some time. We make this appointment at an opportune moment, as we embark upon a bold new initiative to grow our core racing business through the delivery of new betting platforms via online and mobile, and expand into other high growth economic areas such as tourism and real estate development," said Chairman and CEO Atty. Reyno, Jr.

At the same time, it was also announced that Mr. Juan Antonio Gatuslao was promoted to Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Operating Officer of MJC. Mr. Gatuslao, age 44, joined MJC in 2010 as Vice President for Property Development. He obtained his MBA at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines. Mr. Gatuslao has an extensive career in real estate development and strategic management, having served in various leadership roles for companies such as ETON Properties Inc., Keppel Philippines Properties Inc. and DMCI Project Developers Inc.
