This is to put in writing my complaint bout one of your staff. Until now, I can't get rid of the vivid memories being humiliated and violently harrass by your staff. Kanina lang, I am almost painted to death but still your staff continously yelling at me holding my wrist even if I am asking her to stop coz i am barely hard to breath. It all started in an argument when I bought a lagundi syrup I was irritated because she kept on repeatedly saying that i should have a doctors prescriptions with me to avail the senior citizens discount. I just learned only now na kailangan pa pala ng reseta even if lagundi lang ang bibilhin and herbal naman yun. Then sinisisi nya na ko na alam ko raw yun nasabi na raw sakin, yung ID kako alam ko na dapat may dala but yung reseta hindi pwede pa kako reseta sa ibang gamot pero sa herbal na gamot now ko lang nalaman yun & iniinsist nya na alam ko raw yun to cut it out sabi ok kako sige next time but still she kept on repeatedly saing na dapat dadalhin ang requirements kasi nasisisi daw sila. ok na nga kako naiintindihan ko na enough na kako, Then ayaw nya pa rin tumigil. Even if the customer loose patience hindi sya dapat naninigaw and nananakit. The rest of the stor you can see it in your cctv how she grab my cellphone even if I beg to na ibigay nya yun sakin all she did is pushing me, holding my wrist, yelling at me, her cellphone infront of my face almost lumapat na sa mukha ko while taking pictures of me. My God I could'nt believed I've been humiliated for the first time in my life. Though she apologize, just because she did't know daw that I am sick. I believe all customer kahit may sakit or hindi they should be treated diligently hindi inaaway or sinisigawan, dinuduro at lalong hindi sinasaktan physically ng nagtitinda or staff, personnel
