First of all, you have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm glad a dodged a bullet before I even came close to transacting with you.

To anyone thinking of applying for Globe, DON'T THINK TWICE- GO FIND ANOTHER. They didn't care about me when I applied and was going to buy the modem for it. Goes to show, they only want the money. They don't care about the customer.

I am a postpaid subscriber which i am using as roaming while based overseas.

I have requested for micro sim I think in early April 2015 but, have not activated it until tonight. But, it didnt work. So I inserted again my old SIM.

My HP is 09175492900. My new SIM has this# 4143 1701 1029 9798.

Im overseas now and please advise how to activate my new SIM card.

After reading the comments from these fellow applicants for a Super Plan, I come to realize that these things might happen to me. I was suppose to avail the Xiaomi Mi3 but I might experience the same very depressing results mentioned below in the comments. Your team went to our office last August 22,2014 boasting that we will have the unit the very next day but, as I ask those who availed the plan, they all said that the process is still undergoing and take note, I asked them September 5, 2014 which roughly means, it's already 14 days (2 weeks). I fear such disappointing things, please fix your standards and customer service sirs/ma'ams of Globe. Such a shame to hear these feedbacks.

I had the same experience. They're boasting about this sinulog caravan and promised to call a day after application. It's been 3 days already and still no signs of processing the docs. Good customer service at first but a total proven lie. They shouldn't have promised to attend to the application in just a day.

Your sales/customer service reps in Ayala Center Cebu sucks! I applied for your plan P1799 for the Galaxy S3. I was told that it would only take 1-2 business days. I confirmed that they have the unit and even verified if its ok for me to have the blue one and its fine by me. After 2 days, I went there again to follow-up on my application, I was told that it actually takes 3-5 business days. Hmmm... setting wrong expectations, not a good impression for a potential loyal customer! After 5 business days, still no word from the reps, I went there again to follow-up. Lo and behold, without even asking for my name, I was told that they don't have available unit! Are eff'n kidding me? That's it! please cancel my application. I'm staying with Sun!!!
