we are based here in Cebu City, please check our landline unit, 414-1628, we have access to internet yet our phone is not functioning, for quite some time already. could not find the landline number of your sm city cebu office nor can we contact through mobile phone the number 211. i think the landline unit is defective and requires immediate replacement.
hope you could attend to this complaint as soon as possible as we badly need the landline phone as well in case of emergency as we have a senior citizen at home.
Is it allowed for globe agents to get the id or identification card of a possible customer. Now that we ask for it cause its really needed they always tell to just wait for them. We keep on calling them but they always ended the call.

Globe, I have an Ipad 2 and just purchased an micro sim and it seems to be working well. My problem is I cannot find out how to load my prepaid card inorder to be able to txt. Please Please help me to resolve this issue. I must have txt ability for my family and children.

nag apply po ako ng plan dyan sa office nyo, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa po akong nareceive kung wen ko ma avail yon, tapos na rin po ma verify ang application ko. I claimed my globe plan at your store at SM Cebu City then the sales agent name Ivy told me na 24 to 32 hours ma activate na ang plan ko.. but it is now 54 hours almost.. bakit wala parin... i went to your store again ang then they told me mga 1 or two hours ma activate na.. pero mag four hours na wala parin.. ano ba namang serbsiyo meron kayo

Dear Globe , We have a problem about the adapter of the modem. We cannot use the internet because of the wire of the adapter.
