dear Globe,

we are based here in Cebu City, please check our landline unit, 414-1628, we have access to internet yet our phone is not functioning, for quite some time already. could not find the landline number of your sm city cebu office nor can we contact through mobile phone the number 211. i think the landline unit is defective and requires immediate replacement.

hope you could attend to this complaint as soon as possible as we badly need the landline phone as well in case of emergency as we have a senior citizen at home.

Is it allowed for globe agents to get the id or identification card of a possible customer. Now that we ask for it cause its really needed they always tell to just wait for them. We keep on calling them but they always ended the call.

The customer service told me that they're going to call us within a week, that is supposedly last week, but until now they didn't. We need it to be installed ASAP. nag apply po ako ng plan dyan sa office nyo, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa po akong nareceive kung wen ko ma avail yon, tapos na rin po ma verify ang application ko. Last March 15 pa po ako nag apply, one month sobra na po ngayon, na approve po ba ang application ko o hindi,la kasi akong natanggap na info kung approve o wala. Please let me know,,thank you

it's been 3 days, still no activation of my postpaid broadband account. i think i have the same problem with most of the complainants here. this will be my last time to transact with globe/SM cebu globe branch. unsatisfactory, slow service.

Hi please activate my globe my... its been 54 hours na di nyo parin na activate ang globe ko.. I claimed my globe plan at your store at SM Cebu City then the sales agent name Ivy told me na 24 to 32 hours ma activate na ang plan ko.. but it is now 54 hours almost.. bakit wala parin... i went to your store again ang then they told me mga 1 or two hours ma activate na.. pero mag four hours na wala parin.. ano ba namang serbsiyo meron kayo

4 days na after kmi kumuha ng plan pero hanggang ngayon d p rin naka activate tawag ako ng tawag s customer service ng Globe ang sbi lang mag wait lng kasi prenases na till when kmi mag we-wait?? kung baga sa taxi tumatakbo n ang metro namin pagkasakay palang.. please lang have some action s mga concerns ng mga customer nyo..

we were at the globe branch in tabunok..this is already the second time that globe keeps promising us to survey our place regarding a vacant globe connection here in minglanilla. hope to hear from you.

Ask ko lang bakit ang line namin ng internet sa dyan sa Pilipinas ay mag two weeks ng ndi gumagana. Pwede bang pakipuntahan naman kasi sayang ang ibinabayad namin ndi naman magamit. landline (043) 4200196...sa san juan, batangas. saka palagi na lang mahina ang connection. ano ba yan!

We have a problem about the adapter of the modem. We cannot use the internet because of the
