Globe, I have an Ipad 2 and just purchased an micro sim and it seems to be working well. My problem is I cannot find out how to load my prepaid card inorder to be able to txt. Please Please help me to resolve this issue. I must have txt ability for my family and children.

The customer service told me that they're going to call us within a week, that is supposedly last week, but until now they didn't. We need it to be installed ASAP.
