Good day po, isa po ako sa nagreklamo dito sa unitop ng mandaue maguikay highway cebu po,,regular customer po ako ng unitop dito kc malapit lng bhay namin sa unitop,pro simula po ng hinarang ako ng despatcher pagkalabas ko ng unitop kc my binili ako,nagalit po ang despatcher sa akin.at dinuro duro ako na halos sasaktan na ako,ngsumbong na ako sa inyo dati,pro bat hanggang ngaun andon parin un lalakeng despatcher na humarang sa akin kaya pag dumadaan ako at nakikita ko despatcher hindi na ako tutuloy po,minsa sa savemore ko pinapark motor ko kc dun wala despatcher free po ang parking dun, tanong ko lang totoo bang sabi ng manager na hindi nila kaya paalisin un despatcher na nangulo sa akin,bkt po ganoon,parking area po un ng unitop karapatan ng taga unitop na sila ang mamahala sa area nila,bakit naghahari po un despatcher? Bkt hindi nila mapaalis alis un despatcher na un kumukulo dugo ko pagnakikita ko un dhil na trauma po ako sa ginawa niya,babae lang po ako at wala ako laban sa lalakeng despatcher na un,bkit po hindi pinoprotectahan ng unitop un mga customer nila,ganoon ba talaga policy niyo???
