To celebrate the founding of the Department of Biology, University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila, the members of the faculty will hold the BIO QUIZ 2012 with the theme " Apocalypse: The Extinction of Species” on August 13, 2012 at the Department of Biology UP, Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila.
On August 15, 2012, the elimination round will be held at 8:30 a.m. followed by the final round at 1:00 p.m. at the College of Arts and Sciences, UP-Manila.
The target participants to this activity are secondary students from both public and private schools in Metro Manila.
