It Is Possible to Prevent Bankruptcy, Stop Repossession, and Avoid Eviction!
"""You likely stumbled upon this article after frantically searching the Internet for information on whether or not you can prevent your car from being repossessed. You may anticipate nothing but negativity and rejection from anyone you endeavor to converse with in an effort to gain perspective. When your creditors make intimidating demands and give you the impression that everything is your fault and you will get what you deserve, it's easy to feel depressed. However, not everything is bleak! Regardless, I am on your side. If anyone is to blame, I believe it is the creditors who lend irresponsibly to those who cannot afford the payments. They do not care if you incur debt; they profit from you through interest and late payment fees. On top of the original debt, add the (illegal) charges made by banks for insufficient funds in your account when direct debits fail to go through, and you can wind up in a real mess in a very short period of time!

As a 'punishment' for not having the money to pay the bill in the first place, it is a ludicrous system that tacks on additional debt to those who cannot afford to pay the bill in the first place. What they do not care about is the fact that they evaluated you in the first place and lent you money regardless of whether or not you could afford to make the payments! It's a true win-win circumstance for creditors! They are invincible. In fact, the last thing they want is for you to pay off your credit card balances each month without paying interest. From my perspective, they WANT you to incur debt. In such a scenario, not only could your liquid assets be consumed, but so could your residence as well. The primary purpose of this article is to demonstrate that this is not necessarily the case. If your property has equity, you can sell it and pay off your obligations, right?

You may be thinking that this is a good idea in theory, but it takes at least a few months to sell a property in today's market, my bankruptcy hearing is next week, and even if by some miracle I could sell my house that quickly, I would still be destitute! - Not necessarily, please continue reading... There are companies that can and WILL assist you in getting out of this predicament; you CAN recover. Permit me to address your concerns one by one.

These companies do not require months to purchase your property; when they say ""quick sale,"" they mean it! Typically, they close within 28 days, but many firms, including mine, can expedite a transaction to close in as little as one week. Therefore, selling your property need not take months.

2. If your bankruptcy hearing is the following week, or even in the next day or two, it is still worthwhile to contact this company, as they can stop your repossession hearing by affirming that they will purchase your property, allowing you to pay off your debts and avoid repossession.

The majority of companies will offer you the option to rent back your property so that you do not have to abandon your home, although this is not required. Some then offer the option to repurchase the property at a predetermined price in the future. However, be aware that some businesses are only interested in what they can gain from you. Recent reports indicate that some companies have acquired properties and rented them back to tenants, only to terminate their tenancy almost immediately. This is neither equitable nor correct. A respectable company will only make an offer if they believe it is both in your best interests and advantageous for themselves. Any that leave you high and dry should be avoided at all costs! In an ideal situation, you should be able to repay your debts and either break even or have a small amount of extra income. This obviously depends on how much debt you have and how much equity you have in the property, but in the end, you should be in a better position than before! If a quick sale or sell-and-rent-back is not an option due to a lack of equity, a reputable company like mine has Independent Financial Advisors on staff to discuss the other options available to you; therefore, I believe it is worth a shot. Future attempts to obtain a mortgage or even a bank account may be severely hampered if you are declared bankrupt. It's unfortunate that so many people are evicted from their homes due to debt problems because they didn't attempt or weren't aware of fast property buying companies like these. This is a suitable solution for the vast majority of people in situations such as these, and I believe it helps tremendously to have someone not only on your side, but also battling your battles for you! Although I cannot speak for all companies, my own does not charge any fees for their service, and they will also cover up to £500 of your attorney's fees. This is a wonderful alternative to paying thousands of pounds in estate agent fees for a slow property sale, as it aids those in financial difficulty. Regardless of the imminence of your eviction, I would strongly advise you to give this option a try; you have essentially nothing to lose. You can always say 'No thanks' if you don't like what you hear! You may be pleasantly astonished to hear a friendly, non-judgmental, and reassuring voice on the other end of the line offering assistance, as opposed to the voice of the bailiff, who is a horrible green monster!""
