Requirements for High School (incoming Grade 7) Enrollment in the Philippines

Based on the Department of Education (DepEd) order, the requirements for High School enrollment or those who are incoming first year high school (grade 7) are listed below:
  1. Birth Certificate issued by National Statistics Office (NSO) or Local City Civil Registrar's Office (Original and Photocopy)
  2. Form 138 (Report Card)
  3. NationaL Achievement Test (NAT) Results
  4. Good Moral Certificate
  5. Two (2) pieces recent 2x2 pictures

Requirements for Incoming Grade 8 or 2nd Year to 4th Year High School

For those who are incoming second year, third year, and fourth year high school, the same requirements which are listed above are needed except for number 3 (NAT results).

Tips in Bringing the Requirements

To secure or prevent those documents or requirements from being wet or damaged, you can place them on a plastic folder or a folder with a plastic cover.

When will classes start?

Classes here in the Philippines usually starts on the first week of June.

tentatively we admit birth certificates issued by municipal/city registrars office.
