Research Team – Team Leader

The job goal is to lead and work with the Research Team and its adjacent teams/departments to provide business knowledge that will maintain core operational requirements, while simultaneously exploring further opportunities to either expand the product offering or market segments.

With this goal in mind, we want to develop the personnel dynamics and approach processes of the team to meet and exceed the requirements and be sustainable through seasonality fluxes or changes in research priorities/direction.  Our output must capture all available information, exhausting all available resource options and be presented in a logical manner.  Continued collaboration and calibration with stakeholders is expected.

We want to become subject matter experts in the avenues of what we research, while striking the balance between the most efficient and most effective processes for accomplishing what we set out to do.  And we are looking for someone to foster that, while serving as the barometer check, constantly challenging why and how we do what we do – in order to get better.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of related experience in research fields such as market or legal research.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in related discipline.
• Must have excellent command of the English language; both verbal and written communication skill.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and seasonal business environment.
• Detail-oriented, with proofing, editing and logical data presentation skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills: task and team.
• Strives to work independently, and in conjunction with team efforts.
