Beautiful vintage Argus Showmaster 822 Super Eight Movie Camera. A lovely example of a vintage cine camera! A fantastic vintage cine camera to add to your collection or display! Comes with original owner’s manual. Camera is Made in Japan and is stamped with NO.082254021120 This was an estate sale find along with other camera equipment dated from the 1960s - 1980s. This camera is in excellent shape overall, with some wear, although I haven't tested it with batteries. There were batteries in both battery compartments when I got the camera, which showed some signs of corrosion. I disposed of the batteries and gently wiped out both compartments, and now both appear to be in good shape, with minimal evidence of corrosion. Please see all photos and message before buying with any questions. Instruction manual has no rips or tears. Only minor staining here and there, and one page has a pencil or pen marking ""X"" but not covering any of the lettering.
