For your consideration is this New Old Stock estate sale acquisition. This bulb has not been tested (I have a tester, but I could not find the correct configuration for this model); however, this was taken from an estate of a repairman who, according to various people with whom I consulted, only kept new bulbs in this kit. The box does have slight damage but nothing that affects the bulb itself. I offer free domestic returns in case it is not to your satisfaction. I ship every bulb in a box and NOT in a padded mailer.
