Available is a Pickering P-mount cartridge that needs a stylus. It has been continuity tested as good. What's included is what is pictured. We ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program. For the Global Shipping Program, we can only specify the cost of shipping to the shipping center. The shipping center specifies the international shipping (including import charges and fees) for delivery to the buyer. The combined shipping cost (domestic + international) is what is displayed in the listing. When possible we will combine shipments and refund any excess shipping costs paid.
