The crushing process adopts the closed-circuit flow sheet with three sections. Mining for minerals in the pit is crushed( by jaw crusher), from underground deliveried into the intermediate storage bunker of crushing workshop through belt conveyor, and then after the medium broken ( standard cone crusher ) and fine broken ( short head cone crusher), form a closed circulation with vibrating screen , eventually become the final crushed products, which will be sent to the grinding workshop.

Grinding is divided into 2 systems, each of which allocates 4 overflow ball mill, and per ball mill and 7 cyclones form a closed-circuit system. After concentration of each system of hydrocyclone overflow, it flows through the chute automatically to flotation section. Grinding fineness is according to the ore properties and mineral composition. If the ore is pure oxidized ore, such as malachite, azurite and other soluble minerals, then grind size should be larger, in fact is 1 mm. If the ore has sulphide ore and gold in addition to oxidative mine, then grinding is the same as common flotation process, to ensure that the sulphide ore, gold separate from gangue monomer, generally, ore is ground to the level below 0.074 mm accounted for 40-60%.

Copper ore is generally poor, so it must pass the beneficiation before smelting. According to the types and relative contents of copper compounds, the copper ore is divided into oxidized ore, sulphide ore, ore three categories, different copper ore different dressing method, but flotation method is the main way of copper ore dressing , for refractory oxidized ore and ore need to be complemented by other methods.
