Mr Choo is the deputy director of (National Trades Union Congress) youth development unit at NTUC. He is also the Executive Secretary of the Union of Security Employees and serves with the Singapore Port Workers Union. Mr. Choo is also the second adviser to the Hougang grassroots organization.
