The injector is an important component for maintaining engine operation, and is composed of an injector body, a fuel injector, a support, and a spring. The fuel supply port of the injector is pumped with high-pressure oil, and a high pressure is generated in the injector body to the cone surface of the injector. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the injector spool is opened, and the high-pressure oil is ejected from the nozzle hole. It is sprayed into the engine cylinder to make the piston run back and forth.

The main component in the injector is the needle valve assembly, which consists of a needle valve and a needle valve body. The needle valve is pretensioned by a spring. When the oil pressure acting on the pressure taper surface of the injector needle exceeds the preload force of the injector spring, the needle valve is opened, and the high pressure fuel is injected into the cylinder from the injection hole to atomize, and the fuel pressure is called the valve pressure. When the oil pressure acting on the pressure taper surface of the injector needle is lower than the valve opening pressure, the needle valve is closed.
