Dropped camera and now lens won't open or close. HELP!

Dropped camera and now lens won't open or close. HELP!

I dropped my CANON POWERSHOT SX510HS and now the lens is stuck part way out. Also, the piece inside the lest casing is pointing slightly downward. Is there any way for me to repair this myself??
