How do I remove dust spots from the sensor?

How do I remove dust spots from the sensor?

I see blurry spots on the screen and also on the photos that I take. I have cleaned the lens so I know that isn’t the problem. Therefore, I think it is dust inside of the camera. How do I remove the dust so I get clear pictures?
