I can't take pictures with my camera

I can't take pictures with my camera

I have apparently hit a wrong button on my camera. I now have at the bottom left "start tracking AF" at the top there are a number of symbols then 3607 more symbols then4848 and auto. When I press the button to take a picture, I hear a click but no picture. I can find an explanation for this. Thanks for your help
