Is there software that will allow me to mount a bootable USB stick as a DVD drive?

Is there software that will allow me to mount a bootable USB stick as a DVD drive? I have made a bootable USB stick which successfully installs Windows 7.

No, is the answer I seem to have found. Not without using an ISO image.
