My tablet is at 0% battery and it won't charge

My tablet is at 0% battery and it won't charge My tablet was working fine until i notice that it the battery percentage is still at 0 and it wont go up. its been charging for a while now.

Just remove or disable the "Lenovo PowerSaving" app, and it will charge properly with no issue.
