What to Do When you Can No Longer Charge the Device? When I go to charge my device I can plug in the charger to the port but the device does not recognize that it is being charged. Normally there is an icon that appears to indicate that the device is charging but there is nothing but a blank screen.

This has been a problem of mine from the start. I've changed over to the USB port and finally I changed the block. It now will charge. I've also found it will just restart at will. I have no idea idea why. Any answers would be much appreciated.

"I have the same problem. This tablet is a peace of garbage. I would never commend Hip Street to anyone. You can not even get anyone to help you on the web site. As far as I can tell they just don't care about there customers.
