Why can't I connect to the WiFi with my tablet?

Why can't I connect to the WiFi with my tablet? My tablet is turned on and is functioning, but it can't connect to the WiFi. Is there a way I can fix it to make it connect to the WiFi?

I reset the network settings and it works but the real test is if it actually works elsewhere.
