Why does my GeForce G45 motherboard have no display and no beep sound?

Yes dear when pushed the power button pc is running normally but been sound doesn't hear cpu fan constantly running. After removing heat sink of cpu the cpu also became hot and when the ram also removed, there is no any beep sound. Please tel me what happened my G45 Foxcone motherboard?

"I was put the heat sink by the side of the CPU but not removed connecter fan and motherboard cooling fan was running. But I didn't try another ram or CPU

. Do u think that issue is that two item . I'm using onboard vga and sound. I checked all the capacitor it's did not see any unusual apperence of caps . I too updated the bios also. What do u think what happened to my motherboard. Foxcone 45G. ?"
