Windows 8 stuck in automatic repair

Windows 8 stuck in automatic repair My Aspire V5 with Windows 8 suddenly crashed and is stuck in a preparing automatic repair cycle. How can I get out of this cycle at least long enough to recover files and programs from the hard drive?
