Breville Smart Oven Timer Will Only Set 9 minutes At a Time
I have a Breville Smart Oven (BOV845) and I have it on the bake setting. On this setting, the timer will not go past 9 minutes so I'm constantly having to add 9 minutes to cook the full cycle for whatever I'm making. As you can imagine, this is an enormous pain. Breville support says that the warranty has lapsed and they cannot troubleshoot this problem over the phone. I would need to send it back for repairs to the tune of $140 (the customer support agent was gracious enough to offer 24 cents off). I've searched online and have found answers to many issues with this oven but not the one I need. So here I am, hoping someone here has the knowledge to help me fix this issue since I can't seem to figure it out.
