Can you replace snaps that fasten under the chin on a jacket hood?

Can you replace snaps that fasten under the chin on a jacket hood?

My husband’s jacket is now missing the snaps that close the hood under the chin. There are just two open holes, one on either side of the hood closure. Item #29436FA13. Is there a fix? Do you have replacement snaps?
