found no power to the motor at all. I had the same model and same issue. I disassembled the pump / motor assembly and found the motor to be broken, so I ordered a replacement motor and tested it OK before putting it on. The problem persisted with the replacement. I entered Drain model (the display showed DRAIN 001, 002, 003 ‘minutes’) but found no power to the motor at all.

If you model is a Kenmore 66513409N412 then a F9 E1 error code is a diverter sensor/motor problem.
