How to replace a cracked screen on an HTC Desire 816?

How to replace a cracked screen on an HTC Desire 816? I just cracked my screen on my desire 816 and I can't seem to find anything on the internet on how to replace it or any stores that would fix it. I just got the phone about 2 1/2 months ago and I don't know if HTC will cover the screen since its not one of the One series phones...
