I have an older Nuvi 760, it has a media player, and it doesnt stay on

I have had this Nuvi 760 , bought new, for 10+ years, and it won’t stay on. Don’t really know why, I read somewhere that it was possible the power port came disconnected from inside wiring, this was listed as a common problem. I don’t this model listed on your site. I see Amazon has one but the Nuvi 760 they offer is not what I have.
