Is it possible to change the camera?

Is it possible to change the camera? I wonder if it's possilbe to change any or both the cameras with a better quality camera ???

You have to buy the AR Drone Bottom Structure from parrot.com or Brookstone.com and goes for $59.99. I have yet to find a camera sold by it self.
