needed to replace my cord. Told cord can not be replaced.
I just spent a week without my shark vacuum. I called a repair shop. Told him my problem that I needed to replace my cord. No problem bring it in. I did right away. He kept the vacuum for a week, only to tell me the cord can not be replaced. Couldn’t get into vacuum to replace it. Is this possible ?? I ordered another vacuum because I can’t be without. Please comment as I will tackle this myself if I have to. Btw, I’m no young chick. I’m in my 70th. Year. Thanks for your help.
