SJRC S70W (GPS) wont give a wifi signal

brand new SJRC s70w quadcopter with a 5g 1080p camera, we have done all the setup as instructed. connects to everything goes great until trying to get the wifi signal for the camera to the phone. does it need a new camera. does it require a 5g phone? no wifi signal on any of our devices…phones, or laptops, or tablets. any suggestions?
