Why is the Stylus Photo 1400 not printing Light Cyan?

Why is the Stylus Photo 1400 not printing Light Cyan? My Epson Stylus Photo 1400 prints with all the colors except Light Cyan which does not show up at all. The cartridge has been replaced twice, brand new each time. How do I fix this?
