4 years without being started

4 years without being started Just replaced the fuel pump ,battery and emptied the gas tank put new gas but it still wont turn over , spark plugs are good as well as the coils and along with the spark plug wires& new relay . The fuses are good .has an after market alram system that no longer works with the clicker batteries were replaced .any one whos dealt with this kind of problem id appericate some help
