Can it be the Harddrive or cable?

this harddrive I replaced a few weeks ago. It is a Toshiba 60GB ZIP harddrive ! It worked fine, I had videos and music. Now I just replaced the LCD, casings & battery (LOOKS BRAND NEW!!) and I get the sad HHD face!! What's going on??!

ANSWERS:

It sounds like the hard drive cable is loose. Check the cable and see if that's the case, otherwise the cable is damaged.
