Can the cable going from the panel to the driver board be fixed?

Can the cable going from the panel to the driver board be fixed? I accidentally ripped off one of the contact cable from the driver board to the display panel so now I only have half of the display, is there a way to glue it back on? Or fix it? ANSWERS:
