Can the haptic feedback revive from one side’s haptic driver?

Can the haptic feedback revive from one side’s haptic driver? there is less haptic feedback coming out of the left side cup as compared to the right, I believe the haptic driver is worn out. If there is any other reason out there that can cause this; Is there any way to revive it back from the same driver ? ANSWERS:
