Charge 4 wont go into pairing mode

Charge 4 wont go into pairing mode

I cant get my charge 4 to go into discovery or respond to a factory reset, it powers up shows all bars for charge, ive tried pressing bluetooth and +buttons together that doesnt do anything. Does any body have any thoughts or ideas, thanks
